## SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

The report may be done in one of the official languages.

For each report should be filled the separate registration form, signed by all authors. The abstract should be prepared in English in MS Word 6.0-7.0 (Times New Roman, 11 pt., “Title of report” - bold capital letters, “Author, e-mail” - bold black colour letters ; top, bottom, right – 1,5 cm, left - 2 cm) or LaTex (tex and post-script files) within two full A5 pages,which are printed in two separate pages in portrait mode. Attention: all formulas should be written with legible mathematical symbols and indexes.

The authors should send: hard copy of filling registration form and 2 hard copies of abstracts, and also the electronic variant on 3,5" floppy disk before 15.04.2004 on address of Organizing Committee:

The Conference languages are Ukrainian, Russian and English.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee is 100 USD.

The registration fee for participants from the former Soviet Union countries is 15 USD.

The registration fee for students and aspirants is 5 USD.

Registration fee is paid upon the arrival at the Conference and does not include living in hotel and regular meal (breakfast, coffee-brake, dinner, supper).

Workshop will take place in Congress-Centre “Chervona Kalyna” of Ternopil Medical Academy.

Participants will be proposed for accommodation

hotel of this Congress-Centre.

More detailed information will be included in the second announcement.

EXCURSIONS

Series of walk and bus excursions will be proposed to participants of the Workshop: Pochaivska Lavra, Kremenetz, Zbarazky Zamok, Lviv city and etc.
